Privacy Policy
What we collect, what we do not, and what happens to anything you send us.
Summary
The short version
- This is a static informational website. It has no user accounts, no login and no shopping facility.
- We do not ask for, and have no form that collects, personal information.
- If you email or call us, we receive what you choose to send.
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone.
- Please do not send us health information — we are not clinicians and cannot act on it.
Information we collect
Information you send us directly
If you contact us by email or telephone, we receive whatever you choose to include — typically your email address or phone number and the content of your message. We use it only to respond to your enquiry or to act on a correction you report.
Technical information from your visit
This site is served by a web hosting provider which, like essentially all web servers, keeps standard server logs. These typically record IP address, browser user-agent, pages requested, and timestamps. Such logs are generated and retained by the hosting provider under its own practices, and are used for security, abuse prevention and diagnosing technical faults.
What we do not do
- We do not operate user accounts or collect login credentials.
- We do not process payments or handle financial information.
- We do not operate a newsletter or mailing list.
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
- We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Health information — please do not send it
Please do not send medical records, test results, photographs, diagnoses, medication lists or any other details about your health. We are not clinicians, cannot act on such information, and cannot provide medical advice. If you send it anyway, we will not use it for any purpose beyond responding, and we will delete it once your enquiry is closed.
Cookies and tracking
This site is built as static HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript with no third-party analytics, advertising or social media tracking scripts, and it sets no tracking cookies of its own.
The site uses your browser's local capabilities only for ordinary page behaviour. Pages that link to external sources — ClinicalTrials.gov, journals, regulatory authorities — are links, not embeds: nothing is loaded from those sites unless you click through, at which point their own privacy practices apply.
If analytics are introduced in future, this policy will be updated before they are deployed.
Retention
Correspondence is retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Server logs are retained according to the hosting provider's practices.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for correction or deletion, or object to processing. Because we hold very little — in most cases only an email thread — such requests are usually straightforward.
To make a request, email retatrutideindia@gmail.com.
Third parties
Our hosting provider processes requests to serve this website. We do not share enquiry correspondence with third parties except where required by law.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of the page. Please check back periodically.
