Retatrutide is investigational

Retatrutide (LY3437943) has no marketing approval in India, the United Arab Emirates, or any other jurisdiction as of 24 October 2026. Its developer, Eli Lilly and Company, has stated that it “cannot be legally sold or marketed for human use” and is “legally available only to participants in Lilly's clinical trials”.

Consequently:

• there is no approved product labelling, and no approved dosing information;
• there is no regulated supply chain and no legitimate retail price;
• material offered for sale online has not been assessed by any regulator, and its identity, purity, concentration and contents are unverified.
